Coke Education - Blog

We are busy planning our enterprise challenges for 2009, last year we were delighted at the record number of students who took part.

The talented young people that got to the finals amazed us with their creativity and determination to succeed. Students worked in a company style structure to come up with a design for a new soft drink for the Olympics 2012.

In Yorkshire we were joined by Gold Medalist Rebecca Romero who gave students and us adults an inspiring speech about what it takes to succeed.

In London, Levi Roots ( of Reggae, Reggae sauce, Dragon's Den) worked closely with the students giving his expert advice as to how to develop a successful brand.

This week I accompanied the team of students from Brigshaw High School, the winners in Yorkshire, to see The Kaiser Chiefs in the VIP box at Sheffield Arena. What a fantastic night, they loved it. The school will spend the £1000.00 prize money on other enterprise experiences for their students.
